1. Eligible Returns

For sanitary and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of boxes that are completely unopened, sealed, and undamaged.

2. Return Window

You have 14 days from the confirmed delivery date to initiate a return.

3. How to Return

1. Step 1: Email hello@withlumilab.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Step 2: Ship the sealed package back to the address we provide.
3. Step 3: Once inspection confirms the product is unopened and undamaged, a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
