1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a payment issue occurs.

2. Products & Use

LUMILAB offers premium laundry detergent sheets for household and commercial use. Follow the usage instructions on the packaging. Our manufacturing complies with international standards to guarantee product safety and efficacy.

3. Intellectual Property

The LUMILAB brand, visual identity, product formulations, packaging designs, and site content are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

LUMILAB is not liable for damage caused by washing-machine malfunction, incorrect dosage, or use outside the directed instructions provided with each product.
